What makes some candies more sour than others? What makes some candies fizz? Join us for a spooky afternoon of candy chemistry and hypothesis testing with a local expert in the field! We will use pipettes, solutions, and other tools to test pH, solubility, and rate of reaction! Attendees will learn about the strength of chemical bonds and build their own molecular structure.
