Toronto-Researcher-October-22 – Canadian Association for Girls In Science (CAGIS)

How do researchers test clothing, vehicles, and more in EXTREME conditions?  They build labs that create snow, ice, wind, and more… Visit Toronto Rehab’s Challenging Environmental Assessment Laboratory (CEAL), a group of labs that deal with harsh weather and challenging environments. Do experiments in a cold chamber, see an indoor car that uses the same technology as NASA to simulate driving conditions, and explore a VR chamber!

This event is for girls, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming youth.
