This activity will cover the basic concepts of ice cream making-- from understanding the importance of the ingredients in the ice cream mix, to uncovering the reason behind the type of freezer used. Participants will taste test and evaluate the texture and composition of different ice creams and get the opportunity to use a semi-electric ice cream maker to freeze ice cream.
