Theory of Flight Event!

Calling all future pilots! Come learn about the principals of flight, participate in fun experiments, and have a hangar tour (maybe sit in a plane or two)! Test your own flying skills in a paper airplane contest at the end of the event!

Full Day Session (9:30am to 2pm) - split into 3 sessions
1 - power point seminar on the principals of flight including Bernoulli's Theorem and Newton's Laws, flight controls, forces acting on aircraft in flight.
2 - experiments demonstrating air pressure and aerodynamic forces.
3 - hangar tour.  
Ending with a paper airplane contest in the main hangar.
